Executive Assistant NZ (12 Months Fixed-Term)

Based in Auckland, the incumbent is empowered to own their time and output, working in a hybrid/flexible work mode (i.e. a mix of working from the office, and working remotely). This is a full time 12 month fixed term position that has flexibility for those who may want lifestyle flexibility.
Whilst you will be providing support to the Country President, this position is equally balanced with a mix of creating an engaging workplace experience for our people (virtual and physical), managing the country vehicle fleet and looking after our facilities for Auckland.

Scope of responsibility includes:
- provide executive assistant support to Country President for visitor and events planning, travel and expenses, diary management etc.
- lead Your Voice for NZ. Introducing and supporting the organization to embrace new ways of working and digital tools
- lead Your Sites (employee engagement initiatives group) to encourage participation, and creating initiatives that help connect our people in main centres as well as in the regions
- lead the corporate fleet management for New Zealand
- provide induction process (company/systems, site) for new starters and supporting (offshore) people leaders with (role/ position specific) inductions responsible for the physical workspace (existing and future) being safe and fit for purpose for our people and customers
- facilitating, aligning and gathering resources for new, existing or leaving employees
- providing the NZ business and own area of responsibility (AOR) administrative support for payments, vendor management
About You:
- Proven all-rounder, with extensive administrative experience, in busy environments
- Adept at providing support to Senior Leaders
- Exposure to all end-to-end administrative processes (i.e. travel, diary management, purchasing, expenses)
- Exposure to working in matrixed or larger organisations, an advantage
- Strong digital aptitude and passion for people and process improvement
- Strong with planning, project management, pro-active stakeholder management and mitigation
