    And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.
    This is a full-time position, based in New Zealand or Australia.
    This role is responsible for Crimson Global Academy revenue and sales.
    What are the main responsibilities for this role?
    Sales
    • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
    • Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers
    • Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations
    • Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.
    • Presenting, promoting and pitching Crimson Global Academy products as per the company sales process to prospective customers
    • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
    • Consistent and timely on boarding of new clients to the service team as per Crimson’s new client onboarding process
    • Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson’s product offering.
    • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
    • Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge
    • Collating weekly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management
    • Any other duties required by Crimson
    Business Development & Lead Generation
    • Engaging in business development work to help achieve targets
    • Working with the Marketing team to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
    • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminars
    • Sourcing potential organisations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
    • Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends
    • Generate leads from networking, building new relationships and generate leads from existing customer relationships
    Sales Administration
    • Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system on a daily basis
    • Submitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management as required
    • Helping in training of new sales personnel wherever relevant
    • Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts
    • Educating the global sales and marketing team on local market nuances in the education space
    • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
    • Producing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    What skills and experience are required?

    • Fluent in English - spoken and written
    • Outstanding Communication and people skills
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • A passion for delivering outstanding services throughout
    • Being familiar with salesforce is a plus
    • Professionalism and strong work ethic
