Vehicle Painter

Hourly rate: $26 to $32 depending on experiences
Employment type: full-time, permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Vehicle Painter to join our team. Starting pay offered from $26-$32 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate.
As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for the below duties.

Carry out high-quality painting tasks to meet production deadlines.
Utilize knowledge and best practice of paint refinishing process.
Conduct a full inspection of paint preparation to ensure a quality paint finish.
Complete ongoing training requirements as needed.
Maintain accurate accounting of Paint Management System.
Complete department control documents.
Clean and maintain spraying equipment and plant.
Determine the formulation of a particular color.
Mix paint per a specific formula or system.
Follow paint suppliers' application process and management system.
Ensure quality control of paint finish.
Meet production deadlines as per schedule.

The successful candidate must have at least three years of relevant work experience in vehicle / mental painting, an eye for detail and a hard-working attitude, and be physically fit. Be able to work on weekends. The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and can pass drug tests.
