• Driving continuous innovation and managing the Vitality product roadmap
• Building a pipeline of short, medium and long term interventions in the programme to deliver sustainable value to members
• Ensuring a comprehensive and up to date understanding of the New Zealand health and wellbeing market
• Leading all aspects of the product lifecycle management, including ideation, market research, positioning, training, change management and implementation
• Ensuring customer feedback (via member verbatims, member research) is incorporated into product design
• Research and content creation for internal use, and to support roadshows and adviser webinars
• Defining reporting requirements for product performance monitoring.

• Prior Product Management experience - preferably within insurance or financial services
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Research and analytical expertise
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting and facilitating.
