- Permanent, Part-Time position (0.75 FTE, 60 hours per fortnight)
- Monday to Wednesday (10 hours per day)
- Based in North Shore Hospital
North Shore Hospital Ward 7 is a 35 bed acute orthopaedic ward that provides care to people with a range of complex orthopaedic injuries. We provide the best care possible for people with trauma, spinal injuries, sport injuries and others.
About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to patients & their whānau into the department, managing telephone calls and answering queries with a professional & positive attitude, and a range of administration & clerical duties.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Previous receptionist experience within a hospital or healthcare environment
- fantastic communication and computer skills
- ability to work well as part of a team
- customer-focussed approach
This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement and is mapped to role profile 3A.
