Responsibilities:
1. Source and secure deposit liabilities from retail and institutional clients, aligning with Litefi's strategic goals.
2. Meet or exceed established deposit mobilization targets.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
5. Contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
6. Actively engage with prospects to generate new business.
7. Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services.
8. Recruit, train, and manage sales teams across Nigeria.
9. Enhance the adoption of Litefi's Treasury services.
10. Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and offerings.
11. Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
12. Manage and mentor subordinates to drive a high conversion rate.
13. Evaluate, negotiate, and close new transactions, including restructuring and capital increases.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution. Advanced degrees and professional certifications are preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial services industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of deal structuring and closing principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
