Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional certification from relevant professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, ANAN.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage or similar platforms used in Nigeria).
• Knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and regulations.

Job Description

• Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements for the firm.
• Monitor and analyze budgets for various projects handled by architects, engineers, surveyors and planners.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Ensure timely billing of clients for services rendered by the firm's various departments (e.g., estate surveying, architectural services, engineering, project management).
• Ensure that the firm adheres to financial regulations in Nigeria and meets any reporting requirements by regulatory bodies.
