Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month

JOB ROLE: Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and offering strategic financial advice to clients or the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and process payroll.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management for decision-making purposes.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
- Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans.
- Advise on budgeting, savings, investments, and retirement planning strategies.
- Monitor financial markets and trends to offer informed investment recommendations.
- Assist clients in understanding complex financial products such as insurance, pensions, mutual funds, and stocks.
- Help clients minimize financial risk through sound risk management strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and investment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and adjusting financial plans as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an accountant, financial advisor, or a similar role.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP) and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients or stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
