Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Company Ltd is seeking an ambitious and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing sound financial advice and promoting our insurance products to clients. This role is ideal for individuals with an OND or HND in any related field who are passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on various insurance products and help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
- Conduct risk analyses for clients to recommend suitable insurance coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote insurance policies and meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
OND/HND in Finance, Business, or any related field.
- 0 or Proven sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of insurance products or ready to learn all the available products of the company
