Your tasks

— Develop comprehensive financial plans, including Sprint Forecast, Rolling Forecast, and contribute actively to Mid-Term Planning.
— Review and verify operating expenses (OPEX) entries in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and validity.
— Generate and analyze OPEX reports, comparing actual expenditures with budgeted or forecasted amounts, categorized by cost nature, product lines, and cost centers.
— Maintain and update the Financial Reporting Dashboard, ensuring financial data is accurately presented and easily understood.
— Obtain the order backlog data from the LCS department and calculate the gross profit margin per profit line for input into the IFP before regional office deadlines.
— Prepare Financial Position and Income Statement Power BI listings for reporting purposes.
— Consolidate financial metrics and provide strategic insights for the Managing Director Committee meetings
— Prepare variance analysis reports to compare actual performance against the budget/forecast, identifying areas requiring improvement or attention.
— Collaborate with the LCS department to track New Machine Commission and ensure accurate financial recording.
— Review and input cash reports into the IFP bi-monthly (at mid-month and month-end)
— Conduct month-end assessment T codes bi-monthly (at month-end and mid-month) to ensure cost allocations are transferred between profit centers.
— Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for both intercompany and non-intercompany transactions (income statement and balance sheet) and submit validation reports before group deadlines.
— Prepare monthly profitability reviews for product lines, offering insights to enhance profit margins
— Perform additional tasks or duties as it may be assigned from time to time.

Your profile

— At least four to seven years’ experience in a same/similar industry with a proven track record

— Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field

— Certification in Financial Modelling (preferably CFI Certification)

— Proficient with financial reporting related software, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools etc

— Professional fluency in both written and oral English

— Proactive, collaborative team-player capable of working independently

— Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet reporting deadlines

— Excellent presentation and communication skills

— Keen attention to detail and out-of-the-box thinking
