Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Artisan (Carpenter & Welder) at Ayhomes in Lekki. The Artisan will be responsible for carpentry and welding tasks related to property development and maintenance, ensuring the quality and safety of structures. Day-to-day tasks may include carpentry work, welding repairs, and collaborating with the construction team to meet project requirements.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in carpentry and welding skills
• Experience in property development or construction industry
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in carpentry and welding
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Certification or training in carpentry, welding, or related fields is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
