Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Spend 50% of time in the market to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Product Launch: Help in planning and executing product launches, coordinating between teams to ensure successful product introduction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements and updates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide product-related support.
- Education Qualifications
- Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Should Have: Postgraduate degree in Marketing.
- Experience:
- Fresh Marketing graduates
- Previous experience in product management or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to spend 50% of the time in the market.
- Strong inclination towards fieldwork and market engagement.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Flexible and open to travel as needed.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure.
