- The Business Development Manager at Turbo Energy Limited is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the energy market and exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategic business plans.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients and partners to establish new business relationships. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning and Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies and plans. Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and entering new markets. Monitor and report on business development activities and results to senior management.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Prepared and delivered persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Networking and Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and expand business contacts. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the energy market, including trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
