Call for prequalification of vendors for firm/communication companies in Nigeria
Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) hereby invites competent vendors to participate in a bid for provision of Communication services for Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE).
Service Location: Abuja
Service Duration: November 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025
The Requests for Application and Supporting Documents for communication services as listed below:
Services to be rendered:

• Enlist staff members on Closed User Group (CUG) with MTN
• Ensure prompt supply/distribution of Airtime to all staff members
• Ensure timely supply/distribution of Data to all staff members
• Any other communication services that may be required

Condition of Service:

• Every payment will attract 10% withholding tax (WHT) on management fee
• Every payment will be made after services delivery and submission of invoice
• WEWE will not pay for or liable for any undelivered airtime or data time

Vendor Submission Requirement:

• Application letter listing the services that they can render.
• Evidence of the company/business entity’s registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Evidence of current Tax Clearance certificate.
• Past and current clients that your company has rendered similar services.
• Company/business entity’s profile including verifiable address, active phone numbers, email address and key personnel details.
• Audited Financial Statement.
• Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity: the confirmation should be provided by your bankers. (e.g Letter from your banker).
• Any means of identification for the MD/CEO (e.g. International Passport, National Identity Card, Permanent Voters Card, Driver’s License).
• Evidence of the company valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Method of Submission:
Vendors who meet the requirements should forward the required documents with a cover letter as both soft and hard copies (as a SINGLE PDF attachment) explaining their suitability to procurement@weweng.org
