Responsibilities
- Lead and provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process
- Pre-sales activities including customer presentations, pricing, and commercialization of products/solutions.
- Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution
- Support Sales teams with technical expertise in pre and post-sales activities
- Be the customer enablement champion within the processing organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Deliver training on solutions to partners and internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and white papers required in sales.
- Manage the commercialization, and sales enablement.
- Provide strategic advice to customers and Product teams regarding the design, capabilities, and implementation of Issuing and Acquiring products.
- Creation of profitable partnerships with Switches, Schemes, and other Acquirers.
- Min. of 5 years
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector
- Well grounded in card Switching (Issuing and Acquiring).
- Strong Business Acumen
- Business Development.
