Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Manage cash transactions related to production operations, including vendor and supplier payments.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Collaborate with the finance department to report on daily transactions and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and company security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external suppliers as needed. Assist with inventory checks and manage receipt of materials for production use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or HND in relevant field.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
