- Set up workplace with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with quality requirements and procedure.
- Keep a sterilized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Keep records of inventory.
- Assist on-the-job training for new employees.
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
- Receives food ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
- Prepare and display a wide variety of food.
- Completes productoon sheets and other record as required.
- Assist in preparation of daily menu.
1. Good Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.
3. Good understanding of industry standards, document transmittal requirements.
4. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules.
5. Ability to liaise well with professional/regulatory officials.
6. Able to make timel decisions in a high pressure environment.
7. Softskills/personality:outgoing,meticulous, quick learner.
8. High level of Integrity is a must have.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New grad
Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month
