Responsibility
•Be responsible for deeply understanding clients brand, business & creating an experiential event or activation that fits clients brand.
•Be on top of the latest industry/cultural trends & strategic concepts in the world to ultimately create a suitable experience for clients & guests as end user of our service.
•Serve as a Creative Strategy Lead for aiding new event & business pitches.
•Develop concepts that is grounded in creating an experience, utilizes PR,
social media, digital & brand promotions.
We are currently looking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Event
•Oversee completion of all event details, including event production, creative concepts, experiential elements, event esthetics, technical, event styling, entertainment, refreshment & so on.
•Carry out pre and post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved upon.
•Meet with client to establish size, budget, and expectations of the event
•Organize details and get client approval
•Negotiate contracts with the venue and other vendors
•Carry out market research and gather information concerning
materials/resources that will be needed for the event
•Effectively handle any unplanned problem that may emerge during the event
•Generate new ideas that will help in enhancing the quality of the event
•Work as a link to vendors on issues relating to an event
* Prepare budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for
each event project.
Requirements
•Must have good coordination, organizational, and time management
skills/abilities.
•ABachelor’s degree in a field that is related to event management.
•Have a minimum of 2-3 years on-the-job experience in corporate event planning & or an Advertising Agency.
•Identify and understand the needs and financial budget of a client.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power point & Excel amongst others.
•You have up to date on current trends in the event planning industry
•Innovative and resourceful; actively seeks opportunities to improve events
•Experienced at negotiating and building partnerships with vendors
•Exceptional client service skills and enjoys working with the public.
•Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CORPORATE PLANING/ADVERTISING AGENCY: 3 years (Preferred)
