Job Title: SME / Corporate Finance Sales Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: On-site, Full-time
Salary: N500,000

A top financial services provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of the brand’s finance products to SMEs and corporate clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive sales growth in the SME and corporate finance segment.
You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and expand the brand’s customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the SME and corporate finance segment.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance service industry with a focus on SMEs and corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
