About Us:UConnect Human Resource Limited, a leading recruitment firm, is currently recruiting for our client, a leading commercial bank in Nigeria.
Job Summary:
We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our client's team. Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services
- Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:- OND, HND, NCE, or BSc in any discipline
- 0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Pay: ₦54,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
