Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR Officer with experience in a consultancy firm to provide strategic HR support to a HR consultancy firm in Lekki Lagos. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing HR solutions, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans to drive business growth and improvement
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver seamless HR services
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Officer in a consultancy firm
- Professional HR certification (i.e., SHRM-CP, CIPM)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Social sciences or related field
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
