About Company: Our client is a renowned Building Construction business company in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Job Objective: The Company is seeking to hire a Dynamics 365 BC Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the organization's ERP system.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, resolving user issues, and implement enhancements in conjunction with the organization’s ERP Consultant/Partner. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 BC will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month

He/she will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, resolving user issues, and implement enhancements in conjunction with the organization’s ERP Consultant/Partner. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 BC will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration:
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Configure and maintain system settings.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regular system backups and restore procedures.
- Provide first-level and second-level support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Conduct user training and documentation.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with business users to implement process changes and system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Integrate D365 BC with other systems, such as Payroll, Project Management tools, or other ERP systems.
- Participate in ERP implementation projects, including data migration, customization, configuration, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor system security and implement security best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 BC, preferably in a construction company.
- Experience with ERP Implementation and support.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 BC, including its core functionalities (Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Projects Management).
- Experience with C/AL programming and AL development.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database administration.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and web services.
- Understands Technology Design & Implementation.
- Perform Analytics & Modeling.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
