Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Surveyor at our Uyo office. The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with property management, including landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, lease management, property valuation, and property management. The Estate Surveyor will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective property operations.
Qualifications
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Surveyor at our Uyo office. The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with property management, including landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, lease management, property valuation, and property management. The Estate Surveyor will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective property operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, and lease management
- Strong knowledge of property management principles
- Proficiency in property valuation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Property Development, or related field
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
