- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and coordinate daily activities, such as receiving, Sorting Scanning, and loading packages/shipment
- Oversee inventory control, including tracking, reporting, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Resolve issues related to orders, inventory, equipment, and personnel, finding solutions that minimize delays and costs.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with other units, such as transportation, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement processes to maximize productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse/location.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with cash management systems and financial regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
Essential
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦140,000.00 per month
