Job Description:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in Kano, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on React JS, HTML, CSS, Node JS, PHP, Laravel, and Django. A basic understanding of mobile app development is also required, as you will occasionally be involved in mobile app projects. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely part-time while ensuring a strong physical presence at our Kano office.

Pay: From ₦350,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, HTML, CSS, Node JS, PHP, Laravel, and Django.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Work on both the front-end and back-end of web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs into web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Assist in the development of mobile applications (basic knowledge required).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements and new approaches.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: React JS, HTML, CSS, Java Script (ES6+).
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: Node JS, PHP, and Django.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies).
- Experience with databases such as Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or My SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with mobile-first responsive design.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with VTU/Automations strongly preferred.
