We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing a wide range of digital and print media that effectively communicates our brand's vision and services. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing and communication efforts.
Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand’s visual messaging across all channels.
• Convert concepts and ideas into engaging visuals that can be used in various media.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and suggest new ways to visually represent our brand's message.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years in graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design), Corel Draw, and other graphic design software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in fintech or similar industries is a plus.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate with team members across the globe.
