JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Graphics Designer at FMG, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, social media graphics, website visuals, video animations, and more. Your creative vision and technical skills will play a crucial role in bringing our ideas to life and engaging our audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics and animations for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
· Motion Graphics: Create dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics and animations for video content, advertisements, and other multimedia projects.
· Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and animations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
· Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
· Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for visual content, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
· Editing: Edit and refine graphics and animations based on feedback from team members and clients.
· Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create and edit content.
· Asset Management: Organize and manage design assets and project files, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility for the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Designer.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
· Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
· Experience with 3D animation and video editing software is a plus.
