Role Overview The IT Technical Assistant will provide essential technical support to the web and mobile application development team. This role involves a combination of technical skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth development and deployment of applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, including providing assistance to issues as well as escalating them to the development team.
  • Software Testing: Assist in testing web and mobile applications to identify and report defects.
  • Tool and Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use.
Required Qualifications Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in content management systems such as Word Press. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Setting Fully remote. Successful candidate will work with a team of developers in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
