Our client, a dynamic and growing law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lawyer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional looking to contribute to the firm’s success and grow within an established organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of matters including contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and arbitration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and legal opinions.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
• Work closely with clients to develop long-term legal solutions and strategies.
• Manage multiple legal cases and projects efficiently.
• Liaise with external legal bodies and authorities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a practicing lawyer.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate, commercial, and civil law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other legal professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Ready to relocate to Asaba or anywhere in Nigeria.
