Job Title: Legal (Entry-Level)

Compensation & Benefit:

• N120k - N150k monthly netpay

Duties:

• Assist Legal & Compliance department with legal, compliance, and regulatory duties
• Negotiate, draft and advise on all types of agreements and contracts
• Monitor terms on all executed contracts and agreements
• Conduct research on various relevant legal issues as it affects compliance with the statutory regulations, applicable legislations, agreements and legal issues affecting the Company's operations.
• Liaise with appropriate regulatory and compliance authorities on behalf of the Company
• Participate in bids and tender applications
• Prepare legal and compliance reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

Mandatory Educational background, qualifications, and experience for this role:

• Minimum of a 2:1 Degree in Law from a reputable University
• 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Must have worked in a Law firm.
• Membership of the Nigeria Bar Association
• Legal Certifications a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good Analytical and negotiation skills
• Sound judgment and confidentiality
