Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on client transactions and investment opportunities and identify potential legal risks.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate transactions, including corporate governance, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Author articles on relevant legal developments and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
- Collaborate with team members to provide innovative legal solutions that align with client goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate/commercial law firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for the technology ecosystem, with a keen interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
