What You'll Do:
Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance Clearer's brand and market impact.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
Oversee field marketing initiatives to engage directly with clients and enhance market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through meetings and personalized interactions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive informed marketing decisions.
Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify marketing efforts.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Track performance metrics, provide insights, and stay ahead of industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in marketing with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Fintech or international trade experience is a plus.
Strong strategic, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and brand management.
Experience with international markets and diverse cultural practices.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and measurable outcomes.
