Job Brief
Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and promoting our products to healthcare professionals and ensuring that they are fully informed about the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical industry. Your outstanding communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ultimately drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential customers, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
· Provide product information and presentations to healthcare professionals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote and sell products.
· Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Collect and analyze customer feedback and share it with the company's management team.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
· At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
