Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
• Manage executive's emails and calls, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of tasks
• Lead and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget
• Manage truck logistics and track repairs
• Identify operational challanges, propose solutions and proactively addresses issues
• Manage the executives calender, schedule meetings, co-ordinate travel and organize events across time zones

Requirements

• Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
• Preferred candidate should be male for gender balance
• Candidates that reside in and around surulere and environs will be given priority
