Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Manage executive's emails and calls, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of tasks
- Lead and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget
- Manage truck logistics and track repairs
- Identify operational challanges, propose solutions and proactively addresses issues
- Manage the executives calender, schedule meetings, co-ordinate travel and organize events across time zones
- Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
- Preferred candidate should be male for gender balance
- Candidates that reside in and around surulere and environs will be given priority
