Role: Procurement Executive
Location: Gbagada

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
Location: Gbagada

PURPOSE:
A brief overview of the role This role oversees purchases and develop new contracts. The role plays a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.
KEY DUTIES:
- Procurement of all office consumables
- Replenishment of first aid boxes
- Procurement of Beverages
- Procurement of office supplies for stores
- Responsible for the supply of all Konga Packaging materials
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Sourcing for vendors for various items being procured
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Maintaining accurate record.
- Attend to other tasks as it relates to the administrative team.
- Maintain relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement tasks
- Experience in general administrative role
- Negotiation skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management
- Good Problem solving skills
- Analytical skill- paying attention to details
- Project Management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
- Efficiency and Organization
- University or Polytechnic degree.
- Qualification/Certified training in project management is an added advantage
