Product and Operations Lead

We are urgently recruiting for a Product and Operations Lead that will be responsible for managing and optimizing product portfolio, streamlining operations and driving operational excellence. The main responsibilities will also include overseeing project management, fleet management and office management.
Role: Product and Operations Lead
Work Type: Full-time (In-office)
Location: Ibadan, Nigeria
Salary: NGN 200,000 - 300,000/month (net pay)
Job requirements
1. BSc degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
2. Proven experience in product management, operations, project management, fleet management, office management, warehouse management, or internship management roles preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
3. Must have strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
5. Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector is a plus
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
