Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our construction technology company. This role requires a forward-thinking individual to lead product development initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure our technology solutions meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to bring innovative products to market and optimize product performance through data analytics and continuous improvement. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of construction processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Management

 Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the alignment of the
product with market needs and the company’s strategic goals.

 Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and operations, to gather
and prioritize product requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business value.

2. Customer Usage Data Analytics

 Use customer data to drive product strategy and improvements, identifying trends and
areas for optimization.

 Work closely with the data analytics team to interpret user behavior and refine product
features that enhance customer experience and engagement.

3. Process Standardization

 Establish and maintain standardized processes for product development,
implementation, and support to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

 Work with different departments to develop best practices that streamline workflows
and improve operational efficiency.

4. Product Design Supervision

 Oversee the product design process, ensuring that products are user-centric, innovative,
and aligned with business objectives.

 Collaborate with the design and development teams to create intuitive and visually
appealing user interfaces and experiences that meet customer needs in the construction
industry.

5. Team Training

 Facilitate product training and education sessions for internal teams to ensure they are
well-versed in product functionalities, updates, and best practices.

 Ensure that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to
effectively support product rollouts and enhancements
