We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our client’s healthcare team located in Ikeja area of Lagos. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing their nursing expertise, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' conditions, promptly reporting changes to physicians.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and recovery.
- Participate in ward rounds, conferences, and ongoing training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BNSc) or a Registered Nurse (RN) diploma.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possession of a valid practicing license.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Patient assessment and care planning.
- Medication administration and management.
- Vital signs monitoring and reporting.
- Wound care and management.
- Infection control practices.
- Basic life support and emergency care.
- Shift rotations (day, night, and weekend shifts).
- On-call duties as required.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and handling emergencies.
- RN with required experience: ₦120,000 per month
- RN without experience: ₦100,000 per month
- Midwife with experience: ₦150,000 per month
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
