Job Description
- Greeting customers, taking orders at the counter
- Accurately entering orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring all items are prepared correctly and promptly, and packaging orders for dine-in or takeaway.
- Keeping the front counter, dining area, and restrooms clean and organized, including sweeping floors, and emptying trash bins regularly.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, communicating effectively to ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and personal appearance.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to take orders, process transactions, and deliver food to customers promptly.
- Should be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and job demands.
- High level attention to detail to ensure that orders are entered correctly
