Manwood James/Prestige Consulting is working with a Retail company with over 20 branches/locations across Nigeria looking for a General Manager.
The suitable applicants will be responsible for overseeing overall operations, profitability, and growth of the retail chain with over 250 employees.
This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all stores.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with our vision.
• Analyze financial statements and metrics to monitor and improve profitability
• Implement cost-control measures to reduce expenses without compromising our standard of quality and service.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and the community.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all regulations guarding operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion and increase our market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends and position the company strategically for these opportunities.
