Revenue Manager
Location: Five-Star Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria
Hotel Size: 300 Rooms
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager for a luxurious five-star hotel in Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement revenue management strategies that drive the hotel’s success in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimise pricing strategies.
Utilise multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms, to increase occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and reservation teams to ensure competitive positioning and strategic alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to enhance revenue opportunities.
Monitor and analyze revenue performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Key Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a senior revenue management role within an international four or five-star hotel brands.
Proficient in revenue management systems such as Opera or IDeas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
Prior experience in West Africa is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.
