Position Overview
- As a Sales Executive specializing in paints, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Your expertise in the paints and construction materials sector will be essential in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our company.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the paints market.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively target potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our paints and construction materials.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our professional network.
- Provide training and support to clients on product applications, ensuring they understand the proper usage and benefits of our offerings.
- HND/B.Sc. degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on paints and construction materials preferred.
- Strong understanding of the paint and construction materials industry, including product knowledge and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
