Job Overview
- Sinoma Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at our Abuja factory.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
- You will play a key role in building relationships with dealers, contractors, construction companies, and other key stakeholders within the roofing industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Manage and coach the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Actively chase and engage potential customers to drive the sales of Fabcom product portfolio, including Light Steel Keel, Galvanized Welded Pipe, and all Roofing Products and Materials.
- Conduct marketing surveys to gather insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Fabcom client base across Nigeria and neighboring countries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing dealers, contractors, construction companies, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Represent Fabcom at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our roofing and steel solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian construction and roofing market is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
