A top insurance brand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Manager to lead its B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance or tech industry, with proven experience in partnership/B2B sales, product demo outreach, and digital B2B marketing.
As the Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth through partnerships and B2B sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage a robust account base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company’s solutions to potential clients.
- Customize product demos to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital B2B marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, insurance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or tech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of partnership and B2B sales strategies.
- Experience in product demo outreach and digital B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
