Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Support Associate to sign up retailers and wholesalers to our platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer/Wholesaler Acquisition:
1. Identify and onboard new retailers and wholesalers to the platform.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential sellers.
3. Reach out to targeted sellers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
4. Pitch Zylag's benefits and value proposition to potential sellers.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in e Commerce or retail industry preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
