Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Whot Studios. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of technical projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our development teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management abilities will be critical to driving our success.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for technical projects.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align on project expectations and outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Continuously monitor project progress, addressing any blockers or issues that arise.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting project goals.
• Allocate team members and resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and optimizing workflows.
• Ensure that technical projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure that project updates and reports are provided to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure that their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the software or tech industry.
• Understanding of software development processes, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
