We are seeking a high-level, creative, and driven UX/UI Website Designer and Webmaster to join our team. Your role will focus on delivering visually stunning and functional web designs that enhance user experience and align with our brand vision.
Position Overview: As a UX/UI Website Designer and Webmaster, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve a cohesive and high-quality web presence. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to SEO friendly but user-centered design. We seek a candidate with a passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional websites.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, responsive websites and optimize them for different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Optimize UI components for enhanced user experience and align designs with brand guidelines.
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue).
• Ensure website performance, security, and seamless functionality.
• Maintain and update digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Utilize version control tools and collaborate with hosting providers for efficient project delivery.
• Provide ongoing technical support, conduct regular website maintenance, and resolve any technical issues.
• Conduct website maintenance tasks, including plugin updates, PHP upgrades, theme updates, broken link fixes, and security enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in website design, development, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
• Experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Familiarity with server management, Git version control, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor is a plus.
