Do you want to help shape the future of Atea as our new CIO for Norway, and be a key figure in the company’s IT leadership group? We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader who can drive our digital transformation and ensure that Atea is equipped for the technological challenges of the future. As CIO, you will be responsible for further developing our internal IT strategy, by enabling the digital journey. Set structure, from ERP implementations to cloud-based solutions, and ensure we leverage technology and leadership to strengthen Atea as an organization. We are looking for an experienced and engaged leader with a solid background in IT management and digital transformation, who thrives working in teams and has a strong focus on people and business development. You have the ability for both strategic thinking and operational execution, and with your excellent communication skills, you inspire across the organization.
You are a structured and analytical leader with strong problem-solving abilities through an agile mindset. With high mental capacity, you combine a sense of responsibility, humility, and curiosity, while demonstrating emotional maturity in handling both people and challenges.
How you will make an impact!
Serves as the strategic business partner in the development and implementation of technology solutions that enable the organization's goals and strategies. Accountable for the delivery of technological solutions ensuring the delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions to our business.
Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization. Establish departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Develop, track, and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
Assess and make recommendations on the improvement or re-engineering of the IT organization. Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
You will report directly to the Group CIO and have a dottet line to Norway’s CFO. The CIO will provide strategic direction, leadership, and support for the Company’s information technology department on a local and Group level.
