Sensio is on a journey from being the leading tech company in Scandinavia in the elderly care space to becoming a trusted transformation partner across Europe. This summer, we were acquired by Nordic Capital, one of Europe’s top private equity companies. Sensio has one of the leading in-house product development organizations in Norway with about 80 product people - in total we are a team of 200 colleagues. We are now looking for a Dev Lead to build our new product team – Insight.
Sensio has many products that collect data from users and patients, including sensors. A lot of this data is currently not utilized, and we see a big potential in capturing patient insights to support individualized care based on data. Sensio Insight is the product of this concept, and the solution is built on top of the Sensio Data Platform. The Insight product will be an important factor in providing a complete picture that allows customers to move from data to decisions, ultimately freeing up more time for care.
As Dev Lead, you will lead our Insight team, building the product from scratch. At Sensio, we mainly use Microsoft tech stack and the Insight product will be built in C#/.NET. The position is based in our Oslo office at Stenersgata 1A and reports directly to the CTO. You will play an important role in strategic and technological decisions, being part of the CTO’s management team.
What you will be doing
- Lead the technical development of Sensio Insight, using mainly C#/.NET and Microsoft technologies.
- Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, support, and ensuring high-quality code.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Service Designer to shape the product vision and deliver an innovative, user-centric solution.
- Build and scale the development team, handling recruitment and team management.
- Drive technical strategy, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Sensio’s mission of creating world-class care technology.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Dev Lead/Tech Lead or senior developer in a similar role.
- Expertise in C#/.NET and strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
- A track record of building products from the ground up and managing full development cycles.
- Experience managing and growing technical teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Fluency in English.
