Field Brand Manager Hematology Norway
We are now looking for a skilled and result-oriented Field Brand Manager (FBM) within Hematology to join our experienced and highly motivated team, all with a clear goal to serve patients. The FBM has the responsibility for selling to a set of accounts and works to meet sales targets for the product portfolio within their therapeutic area whilst ensuring that all account activities are aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s brand strategy and local customer needs.
The purpose of the FBM is to lead the marketing mix execution and coordinate processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing targeted for designated brands.

The position sought for is reporting to the Business Lead Hematology/Oncology. The position is field based while the office is at Lysaker, Oslo.

Objectives of the Position
- Establish and lead trusted relations with relevant health care professionals and key decision makers within the therapeutic area Hematology.
- Proactively initiate and drive your own customer projects that build customer value.
- Develop and execute account plans, based on acquired in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identified customer needs.
- Handle assigned budget to execute on the tactical and account plan.
- Partner closely with the cross-functional team to give and take input to the tactics, overall strategy, and the marketing content creation.
- Connect with grow the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights, and best practices.
- Plan the marketing mix and implement promotional activities (advertising campaigns, multichannel promotional activity, events, congress booths, marketing ad-boards, etc.) for the brands in scope.
- Drive effective multi-channel communication. Adapt, translate, and garner approval of promotional materials developed by IBVT or other countries. Only in specific cases, create locally relevant content and materials.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
- A minimum of three years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
- Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required)
- Experience with pharmaceutical sales within the therapeutic area Hematology or Oncology (merit).
- A valid European driving license (required).
- High proficiency in the Norwegian and English languages (required).
- Experience and knowledge of working in the Microsoft Office (required).
- Certified in LMI or minimum bachelor’s degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc. (required).
